Established on October 24, 2023, Simmer Down Restaurant brings authentic Jamaican flavors and hospitality to West Palm Beach. Our original restaurant at 517 25th Street in the Northwood District is a place to enjoy scratch-made food, celebrate Caribbean culture, and feel welcome as family.
From everyday meals to catered celebrations, we share our passion through dine-in, takeout, catering, and community events. Our second location at The Hacienda food hall downtown brings the Simmer Down experience to even more guests.
